For Sofia Wood, pasta is an act of love. Just like in the hit books Chez Wood and Winter at Wood, this contains both her most careful food craft and best quick solutions. She is convinced that there is a perfect pasta dish for every occasion, big or small. Sometimes it's handmade pasta and slow cooking, sometimes luxurious and special and sometimes just four ingredients you already have at home, ready in 15 minutes. At Sofia's house, pasta is served on New Year's Eve as well as for a dull everyday life that deserves better. Sofia Wood is a freelance creator and has a background as a communicator in the fashion, art and design industry. She also has a burning interest in food, for her everything really revolves around food.
